Affordable Doesn't Mean Cheap

When it comes to wedding confetti, there's a big difference between affordable and cheap.
Cheap often means cutting corners. Affordable means finding smarter ways to keep costs down without compromising on quality.
From day one, our goal at Ezra's Confetti has been simple: create beautiful, luxurious dried petal confetti that couples can actually afford. Weddings are expensive enough without confetti becoming another huge expense!
We reduce waste, not quality
One of the biggest ways we're able to keep our prices low is through where we source our flowers.
Around 99% of our flowers come from British flower farms and repurposing efforts. These are flowers that would otherwise be discarded because the stems are too short, they've become slightly too mature for bouquets, or they simply aren't suitable for florists.
For confetti, none of those things matter—we only need the petals.
Instead of these flowers going to waste, we're able to give them a second life, supporting British growers while helping reduce unnecessary waste.
If we purchased premium florist-grade flowers for every batch of confetti, we'd have to charge significantly more just to cover our costs.
Where we don't cut corners
Keeping our prices affordable doesn't mean compromising on quality.
We still:
- carefully dry our petals to preserve their colour
- hand-mix every confetti blend
- offer personalised mixes rather than limiting couples to pre-made options
- avoid artificial dyes, paints and unnecessary additives
- use natural petals that are biodegradable and wildlife-friendly
These are things we believe are worth doing properly.
Keeping our profits fair
Ezra's Confetti was never created to maximise profits.
It started as a way of creating something special for Ezra and Ivy, while teaching them about running a business and giving them something they can be proud of.
Our aim has always been for the business to support itself, provide fair pay for the people who help us, and build some savings for Ezra and Ivy's future.
We're also proud to donate 10% of our profits to charity each year. As the business grows, we'd love to increase that amount even further.
Luxury without the luxury price tag
We believe beautiful wedding confetti shouldn't be something couples have to compromise on because of cost.
By reducing waste, supporting British flower growers and focusing on what really matters, we're able to offer luxurious dried petal confetti at prices we think are fair.
That's what affordable means to us.
